Alumen Lyu, whose real name is Zongjun Lyu from China’s mainland, is currently a student of the 2024 intake in Nanjing University majoring chemistry. He was born in 2006 in the city of Nanjing(or Nanking), Jiangsu(or Kiangsu) Province, People’s Republic of China, and has his ancestral hometown in Taixing, Jiangsu Province. He spent six years for junior and senior high school in Nanjing Foreign Language School, which made him obtain his acquisition of English. He entered Nanjing University in 2024, majoring chemistry.

Zongjun Lyu has mastery of chemistry. He was once a member of Chemistry Olympics team of Jiangsu in 2023 and later won a bronze medal in China’s Chemistry Olympics competition of 2023. Besides chemistry, he also does well in other fields, including music, art, history and literature. He has passed amateur tenth level of piano and had won several prizes in music competitions. He is a student of Professor Maurice Benayoun, who is a media artist from France, in his courses of From Contemporary Art to Media Art.
