欧洲社会科学大学联盟（The European University of Social Sciences，简称CIVICA）是由欧洲社会科学高等教育机构组成的大学联盟。[1][2]该联盟成立于2019年，由欧盟委员会资助。[3][4]

历史

在该联盟成立之前，成员院校之间就建立了紧密的联系，在双学位、伊拉斯谟交换项目以及双边研究合作等方面长期保持着专业和机构合作伙伴关系。[5]

2019年11月7日，伦敦政治经济学院研究副主任西蒙·希克斯（Simon Hix）教授与布鲁塞尔的合作机构共同宣布正式成立。该联盟最初由八所学院组成。后来，波兰华沙经济大学和西班牙IE大学也加入其中。[6]
