恩諾單抗（INN：Enfortumab vedotin）用于治疗尿道系統的移型上皮細胞癌[5]。适用于疾程已进入晚期，且其他治疗无效[6]。由静脉緩慢注射給藥[5]。
常见副作用包括疲倦、周邊神經病變、食欲不振、皮疹、禿頭、恶心、味觉改变、腹瀉、肾脏问题和全血球減少[6]。其他副作用包括可能糖尿病酮症酸中毒、肺炎、眼部问题和史蒂芬斯-強森症候群[6]。孕期使用可能對婴儿有害[6]。它是一种与微管抑制剂ー單甲基奧瑞他汀E（維多汀，Vedotin）结合的单克隆抗体[7]。该单克隆抗体可与粘連蛋白-4结合[7]。
恩諾單抗于2019年在美国取得医疗使用許可[5]。到2021年底，尚未在欧洲和英国取得使用許可[7]。
