巴爾托羅冰川（巴提語：བལྟོརོ་གངས།、Baltoro gangs、直譯： 'Bone breaker'[1]）是位於巴基斯坦吉爾吉特-巴爾蒂斯坦地區希格爾區的一條冰川。巴爾托羅冰川全長63公里（39英里），是極地以外最長的冰川之一。
巴爾托羅冰川貫穿喀喇崑崙山脈，靠近世界第二高峰喬戈里峰，海拔 8,611 公尺（28,251 英尺）。周圍20公里範圍內，還有3座海拔超過8,000公尺的山峰[2]。

- ^ The Fedchenko Glacier in the Pamir Mountains of Tajikistan is 77 km long, the Siachen Glacier which lies southeast of the Baltoro is 70 km long, and the Biafo Glacier to the northwest of the Baltoro is 67 km long. Exact lengths are relatively easy to determine with modern maps and imagery so as to include recent glacial retreat.
