威廉森·穆瑞 （英語：Williamson Murray，1941年11月23日—2023年8月1日）是一位美國歷史學家和作家，著重於歷史和戰略研究領域，撰有大量著作，同時也是多個學術專案的編輯。自2012年起擔任俄亥俄州立大學的榮譽歷史教授，直至2023年逝世。

生平

穆瑞出生於1941年11月23日，於1959年麻薩諸塞州謝菲爾德的伯克郡學校（英语：Berkshire School）完成中學學業[1]，之後就讀於耶魯大學，並於1963年獲得歷史學位[2]。隨後，他在美國空軍服役5年，被派駐第314戰術運輸機聯隊（英语：314th Airlift Wing），在東南亞地區駕駛C-130運輸機。退伍後，他返回耶魯大學攻讀研究所，專攻軍事外交史，並在1974年獲得博士學位。穆瑞還曾在學校歷史系任教兩年。1977年，穆瑞受雇於俄亥俄州立大學，任軍事與外交史研究學者。1987年，獲傑出教學獎[2]。1995年，穆瑞以榮譽教授的身份從俄亥俄州立大學退休。

穆瑞曾在多所大學、軍事學院和戰爭學院任教，包括美國空軍戰爭學院（英语：USAF Air War College）、美國軍事學院和海軍戰爭學院，還擔任過海軍戰爭學院的海軍部研究員[3]、倫敦經濟學院的客座教授、海軍陸戰隊大學的軍事理論講座教授、史密森航空航天博物館的林白講座教授，以及陸軍戰爭學院軍事史講座教授[3]，也積極參與多個學術專案的編輯工作[3]。自2012年，穆瑞獲俄亥俄州立大學榮譽歷史教授頭銜[4]。2023年8月1日，於維吉尼亞州費爾法克斯逝世，享壽81歲。
