吡哆醇/多西拉敏（INN：pyridoxine/doxylamine）是吡哆醇（维生素B6 ）和多西拉敏组合的口服複方藥[1]。用于治疗妊娠期间的噁心呕吐（晨吐），但疗效不大[2]。
常见副作用包括疲倦、头晕、嗜睡和口干[2]。尽管早在 1983 年就有人提出可能有先天性障碍的風險，但这些担忧最终被证明是没有根据的[2]。用於妊娠期是安全的[3]。此组合的確定作用機轉尚不清楚[4]。多西拉敏是第一代抗组胺药[1]。
吡哆醇/多西拉敏于 1976 年开始用于医疗上[2]。之前的配方也包含雙環維林，此配方自 1958 年起在英国使用[2]。截至 2019 年，蘇格蘭健康照護改善組織认为此藥物不具成本效益[1]。
