Дүүргийн иргэдийн Төлөөлөгчдийн Хурлын Тэргүүлэгчдийн 1995 оны 08 дугаар сарын 10-ны өдрийн хуралдаанаар батлагдсан.

  • Чингэлтэй хайрханыг төлөөлүүлэн хүслийг хангагч чандмань эрдэнэ
  • Газар нутгийнхаа ариун дагшин байдлыг бэлгэдэн цагаан бадам цэцэг
  • Гурван үеийн турш нар мэт мандаж, сар мэт гийгүүлж, гал шиг өөдөө дүрэлзэн бадарч байхыг бэлгэдэн нар, сар, гал
  • Газар шороог сийрүүлэн ариутгаж, ургамал ногоог үржин төлжих нөхцөлийг бүрдүүлэгч түүнчлэн Чингэлтэй хайрханы эзэн савдаг, шүтээн болох зэрлэг гахайн дүрсийг тус тус дүрсэлсэн.
