萊謝克·德羅戈什（波蘭語：Leszek Drogosz，1933年1月6日—2012年9月7日），波蘭男子拳擊運動員。他曾代表波蘭參加1952年、1956年和1960年夏季奧林匹克運動會拳擊比賽，其中1960年奧運會獲得一枚銅牌。
