纽梭（缅甸语：ညိုစော），是一名缅甸军官、政府人物，也是缅甸军方旗下的一家综合企业的董事长。[1]纽梭毕业于国防学院。[2]2023年12月11日，欧洲理事会以纽梭身为国家管理委员会成员、破坏缅甸的民主与稳定为由对其实施制裁。[3]2025年7月31日起，纽梭出任缅甸总理。 [4]
