紋章 InfoField	Deutsch: Stadt Goch Die Stadt Goch besitzt seit dem 13. Jahrhundert die Stadtrechte. Die Stadt Goch führt ein Wappen, eine Flagge (Banner) und ein Dienstsiegel. Das Wappen in der jetzigen Form wurde 1970 vom Regierungspräsidenten in Düsseldorf verliehen. Es basiert auf einem Stadtsiegel aus dem 13. Jahrhundert. English: the City of Goch The arms were officially granted in 1970, but are based on the 13th century seal of the city. The arms show a combination of the two symbols used by the Counts (later Dukes) of Geldern. The town got city rights in 1230 from Otto II von Geldern. All later seals, with one exception, show the combination of the lion and the medlar. Only one 15th century seal show the images of St. Margaretha and St. George with a shield with the arms of Kleve and Mark. Goch was transferred from Geldern to Kleve in 1473. At the time Kleve was combined with Mark, thus both arms appear on the seal of Goch. Later seals, however, show again the historical arms. Français : de la Ville de Goch
纹章描述 InfoField	Deutsch: „Das Wappen zeigt in von Blau und Gold (Gelb) erniedrigt geteiltem Schilde oben einen wachsenden, rot gekrönten und rot bewehrten, zwiegeschwänzten goldenen (gelben) Löwen, unten eine fünfblättrige rote Mispelblüte mit goldenem (gelbem) Butzen und goldenen (gelben) Kelchblättern.“ English: „Party per fess azure and Or abased; above a crowned, armed and langued gules rising doble-tailed demi-lion rampant Or and below a medlar flower gules seeded and leaved Or.“
