達斯汀·李·霍夫曼（英語：Dustin Lee Hoffman，1937年8月8日—），美國男演員，新好萊塢形成的關鍵演員之一，以其對反英雄及情感脆弱角色的演繹而聞名。他已贏得兩座奧斯卡金像獎、四座英國電影學院獎、五座金球獎和兩座黃金時段艾美獎，並提名一項東尼獎。他於1997年榮獲塞西尔·B·德米尔奖，1999年榮獲AFI终身成就奖，並於2012年榮獲肯尼迪中心荣誉奖。[2][3]

霍夫曼出生於加州洛杉磯。霍夫曼是猶太人[7][8][9][10]，父母分別來自俄羅斯帝國基輔（今屬烏克蘭）及羅馬尼亞雅西的阿什肯納茲猶太家庭移民，其姓氏在俄羅斯帝國時作Гойхман (Goikhman)。30歲之前的霍夫曼雖然多次嘗試過演藝工作，但並不是很成功，他曾在帕萨迪纳劇院（Pasadena Playhouse，位於洛杉磯北邊的帕萨迪纳）演出過兩年的舞台劇，當時他的室友——金·哈克曼——多年後也成為知名電影演員。
