金鱗魚科（学名：Holocentridae）属脊索动物门輻鰭魚綱金眼鯛目的其中一科。

分類

传统上，本科归类于金眼鯛目独自的金鳞鱼亚目（Holocentroidei），但后来的分子遗传学研究显示，本科是鲈形亚类的姐妹群，因此2014年鱼类研究组织Deepfin将本科独立成金鱗魚目（Holocentriformes）一目，归类于棘鳍类金鳞鱼亚类（Holocentrimorphaceae）^[1]^[2]。不過後續的檢測再次把本科放回金眼鯛目。^[3]^[4]^[5]
